Landlord Legislation

There is an ever changing body of legislation relating to the private rental market, of which Landlords need to be aware. You can find a summary of the current requirements in our Landlord Legislation document but, if you'd rather then we can deal with the vast majority of these on your behalf. 

HMO Process

If your property has 3 or more bedrooms it may be advisable to consider obtaining a Houses in Multiple Occupancy (HMO) Licence. This is a requirement if the property is going to be let to more than 2 unrelated people, which is often the case in student areas. You can download more details on the legislation and application procedure however we can also manage this process for you.
