How to Apply

Once you've found the perfect property applying couldn't be easier. Essentially we e-mail you a link to the application form, you fill in all of your details online & we do the rest but, if you're looking for a bit more detail on the process then check out our helpful guide.

Moving In

After all of your references have been approved we will contact you to arrange an appointment to sign the lease and collect keys so that you can move into you new home. We hope you enjoy your stay but if you need to know more about how it all works then you can download our Tenant Handbook.

Tenant Handbook

Our Tenant Handbook is full of useful information and handy hints to help you enjoy a trouble free tenancy. This will be provided as part of your move-in pack however replacement copies can be requested from the office or downloaded here.

Moving Out

The most important thing to remember when you want to move out of a property is that we require written notice from all tenants a minimum of one month before you wish the lease to end. Further details on the process involved can be found in the Tenant Handbook but as long as you bear this first point in mind you shouldn't go too far wrong!
